Per CNN, Bush is actually going to say "America is addicted to oil." Well, no shit and who might have a hand in furthering the addiction? Also, this gem:

" "The only way to protect our people - the only way to secure the peace - the only way to control our destiny is by our leadership. So, the United States of America will continue to lead."
Translation: I haven't learned a goddamn thing.
